Question 1

What aircraft do you service?

Accepted Answer

Light Sport Aircraft (S-LSA and E-LSA), Experimental Amateur-Built (EAB), and ultralight aircraft — including Rotax, Continental, and Lycoming powered machines. If you're not sure whether your plane is in scope, just ask.

Question 2

Where do you travel?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Lakeland and travel statewide to airports across all of Florida. There are no travel fees in central Florida; outside central FL, travel is billed at the $80/hr shop rate and quoted up front.

Question 3

How much is an annual inspection?

Accepted Answer

Annual condition inspections are a flat $800. Prebuy inspections are also $800. Any repairs or parts your aircraft needs during or after the inspection are billed separately at the $80/hr shop rate plus parts — always quoted and approved first.

Question 4

What does the annual inspection include?

Accepted Answer

A full condition inspection covering the airframe, engine, propeller, and systems, plus a detailed discrepancy report noting anything that needs attention now or soon. You'll know exactly where your aircraft stands.

Question 5

What should I bring or prepare for an inspection?

Accepted Answer

Have your aircraft logbooks and any prior inspection records available — we'll need to review and sign them. If there are known squawks or recent work, let us know in advance. We'll confirm everything when you book.

Question 6

What's the turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on the aircraft condition and parts availability, but a straightforward annual is typically completed within a few days. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we see the aircraft, and we'll flag any parts delays as soon as we know about them.

Question 7

Do you do prebuys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — prebuys are $800. We evaluate the aircraft end to end, document squawks and upcoming maintenance, and give you a clear picture so you can buy (or walk away) with confidence.

Question 8

Can you handle repairs found during the inspection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any required repairs are billed at the $80/hr shop rate plus parts, and we'll quote and get your approval before starting. You're never billed for work you didn't agree to.

Question 9

How do I schedule?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact form to send your aircraft details, home airport, and preferred dates, or call (407) 433-3325. We'll confirm availability and pricing from there.
